If you’re happy to go ahead with the project, we’ll commence the pre-build process, organising the necessary ‘paperwork’. Such as: Planning Permission (if required), Party Wall Agreements and Building Control.
You may need to engage the services of an architect for larger or more complicated conversions.

Once everything is in place, we’ll agree a start time and begin building your quality loft conversion.
